    doctors who treat Huntington's disease is important!  In the
    effort to bring this information to our international community,
    we ask that you complete the "Rate your Doctor" form!  The
    ultimate goal is to provide our community with a list of doctors
    who treat/diagnose Huntington's disease, and community
    insight regarding the care they received!
